KIOXIA has officially announced the end-of-life for a wide range of NAND flash products, with production ceasing across several legacy and mid-range nodes.

The discontinuation covers 32nm, 24nm, and 15nm process technologies, along with the entire third-generation BiCS FLASH™ series. Affected products span SLC, MLC, and TLC memory types, and include Wafer, BGA, TSOP, eMMC, UFS, and Normal SD package formats—key components used across consumer electronics and industrial controls.

Customers can place final orders by September 30, 2026, with last shipments scheduled for December 31, 2028. KIOXIA is advising clients to contact sales representatives immediately to discuss alternative solutions and avoid supply chain disruptions.
